Patients' Comments And Complaints

We are happy to receive comments, complaints and constructive criticism at all times. Patients are invited to approach Vanessa Newman, our practice manager, either directly or in writing if they wish to discuss such matters. If, after raising such an issue with the practice manager, you wish to take the matter further, leaflets containing advice on where to go next and who to contact are available from the surgery.

Please Could We Ask You To Observe The Following:

bullet If you are unclear or unsure about what the doctor or nurse has said, please ask. We want you to understand and feel confident about your treatment.
bullet If you are unable to keep, or no longer require an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the consultation to another patient.
bullet Please let us know if you change your name, address or telephone number.
bullet If you have any suggestions which might help us to improve our service to you or to others, please speak to a member of the practice or leave your suggestion at reception.
